Need to know more about make/model of your computer. Some computers share buses so using multiple devices on the same bus tends to be limited (e.g. Raspberry Pi USB shares the same bus as NIC iirc).

Are your bluetooth and wifi both going through the same USB 2 bus?

I've experienced mouse lag when I had my wifi dongle and mouse plugged into a laptop at the same time.

If the hardware module is a combined Bluetooth+WiFi then it can have some lag because the resources are being split between two connections over the same hardware device and bus.

yes man, i understand that, but how is it possible, that if the same module in another SO works flaweless and in slackware no? i try with a lot of devices in windows and all are ok, but in slackware no, i have a ping of 12000ms with a BT device connected, if i disconnect the device , i have 5-15ms ,and navigate ok... is not some lag, is a lot of lag.

It could be a limitation of the driver used by Linux distros. Have you tried any other distros to see if they suffer from the same issue? That could help determine whether the issue something just with Slackware or with Linux itself.

I agree on your model it is not likely a shared bus. I looked up the specs of your laptop and it has built-in 802.11n wireless and Bluetooth.

Just to confirm: you're using built in bt and wifi, correct? i.e. You're not using USB dongles for it.

I agree it could be the kernel modules (I.e. Drivers) you have installed. As suggested by bassmadrigal how does it work in, say, Ubuntu live cd?

What is the output of lsmod?

From https://wiki.debian.org/iwlwifi

Quote:
If your WiFi is slow when using Bluetooth, try adding the following to /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf and reboot:

Code:
options iwlwifi bt_coex_active=0 swcrypto=1 11n_disable=8
Give it a shot.

If you're using a Broadcom Wifi+Bluetooth then you may want to try the Broadcom OEM driver instead of the free driver. The OEM driver (broadcom-sta) may support the device better.
