Who will upgrade to 9.1?

i will 'downgrade' to 8.1,beacause i cant use my modem in the new version :-(
(it crash when i disconnect dial-up ,anybody can help me ?)

my problem is :i installed slackware9.0 ,but my modem cant work well. it can dial-up ,and i can open website and other connetions to internet ,but when disconneting,it crashes.then i upgrade to current package ,and it still crashes :-(
but when i use slack8.1 ,my intel modem(D5628-L-C) work well.
please help me ~
