Where can I find KDE libraries for ICEwm?

I run Vector Linux (based on Slackware) and I it doesn't include KDE. I would like to run KOffice in ICEwm but I have no idea where I can find these libraries.
I installed the koffice.tgz package and when I type "koffice" or "kwrite" or "kpresenter", nothing shows up. I think this is related to the KDE libraries and my lack of them.
If anyone knows how to start the KOffice programs from XTerm or whatever, that would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.

I found this kdelibs-3.1.3a-i386-2.tgz
Is that what I need? I have a dial-up so I want to make sure that's it.
Here is another one kdebase-3.1.3-i386-2.tgz
Is that it? Thanks!

Installing those libs should do the trick...........And according to BLFS (Beyond Linux From Scratch), koffice also needs kdebase when compiling.......................But I should also mention that kdelibs needs the arts pkg and qt when compiling, so it might need those two installed as well for general use, just make sure you use the same arts and qt versions the kdelibs was compiled with (use the pkgs found in the same directory in the
Slack mirror)....................

So to sum up.........you should also install qt, arts, kdelibs, and kdebase (all from the same directory as koffice in the Slack mirror) for using KOffice...............
