@dchmelik seems to be celebrating the 30th anniversary by pulling back some retro threads.
Kinda nice seeing familiar nicks from days gone by.
Still, I am not sure that XavierP would approve.

Agreed hitest and allend...

I will add this "What makes Slackware a Slackware", that you can safely presume that Slackware has remained true to itself in the 21 years since the question was asked and when it was resurrected. From install to commands etc... It is still the same Slackware. Now try to compare that to any other distro over the same time period. =)
