what are the features of the new slackware 9?

Could anyone please tell me the new feature of slackware 9.

So far its based off the new gcc. But who knows as its still in development, they'll add updated packages as they go along I'm sure.

I guess stuff compiled with the new Gcc runs a lot faster, 20% maybe.

That's a pretty big deal I think.
