Unhappy weird problems with "xwmconfig"


has anybody else had weird problems with xwmconfig on slackware 10.0???

Hi Win32sux

I can't get KDE to load as I'm getting the out "OUT OF SYNC" that I used to be able to fix with "xf86config" change my screen refresh rates and away I'd go.

Is there a new configuration command in Slack 10? If so do you know what that is? My xwmconfig is working fine.

Sorry I can't help, but maybe you can point me in the right direction.

Yes, there is a different command... 10.0 uses xorg instead of xfree86. So you'd want to run xorgconfig instead of xf86config.

hey thanks for the replies, guys...

my weird problems with xwmconfig turned-out to be nothing but my imagination...

i'm not sure why i was trippin', but it's all good now that i realized how it actually works...

=)

Thanks oot that did the trick. I'm now off and away with what I believe to be the best Distro I have ever used.
