Vuze donīt working


I installed java and installed Vuze, got this:

Loading Azureus:
java -Xmx256m -cp "./*.jar" -Djava.library.path="/usr/bin" -Dazureus.install.path="/usr/bin" -Dazureus.script="/usr/bin/vuze" -Dazureus.script.version=4 org.gudy.azureus2.ui.swt.Main

And then error that it cant found java.

root@blackpearl:/home/bengt# which java
which: no java in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin)


Any clue?

After installing the Java package, you need to logout and login again.

Also, qBittorrent, Transmission and KTorrent (which is included with Slackware) are all better choices than Vuze.

what are you talking about with "(...included with slackware)"?

I think you meant they are available knowingly and that's all thanks to robby for working and endorsing sbo or alien for his repo.
"included" is quite strict.
sure they maybe recommended in: http://www.slackware.com/releasenotes/14.1.php. But that word was far too restrictive!

also i dont and never will advocate the use of azures or vuse or w.e its called nowadays over other torrent clients.

I meant only that KTorrent is included with Slackware. Which it is.
