unlock gnome-keyring with XDM

Hi all,

I am using -current with the latest addition of PAM. I would like to know if there is a way to unlock the gnome-keyring during the login process with XDM? I have noticed that '/usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login' is running after login but the default keyring (named login) is not unlocked automatically.

Greetings

Lioh

There is an ongoing discussion about improving PAM configuration. This post pointed out some probable inconsistencies in the current PAM configuration files notably about gnome-keyring not being unlocked during authentication.

So we're likely to see update of PAM configuration files in Current in the future to address these issues.
In the meantime, should you feel comfortable about using non-official PAM configuration files, you can try those proposed in the mentioned post.
