Hi again at all,
...and sorry for my late answer.
Now i fixed the problem as suggested it was a permission problem on /etc/resolv.conf file. Even if i knew this file...i did not think it could the responsible of my problem so i never controlledt it.
Anyway thanks at all for the answers.
To answer to the other people too:
- Creating new user the problem will persist.
- And i use a new installation of Slackware 10. At this point am i asking if this is a new security feature of slackware 10, or something goes wrong installing it and in the last case what could be wrong?
- As third i right configured my pppoe to access with my ethernet modem to internet using the ethernet card.
Thanks at all, for the help given and sorry because i did not controlled the resolv.conf too.
I hope this post will help someother people that has the same problem.
Bye bye.

i think gnashley meant to suggest to check the permissions of /etc/resolv.conf.
type : " #ls -l /etc/resolv.conf "
premissions should be : -rw-r--r-- ( readable for all ).
if that's not true, correct them with : " #chmod 644 /etc/resolv.conf "
( when i set them to -rw------- ; i have the same " prob. " as you have..... )
