Time problem

I edited my digital clock from the menu bar with my timezone, it worked a bit, now it wont display the correct time, it`s showing me like 00:22, and the correct time should be 21:22. I tried edditing manually and didn`t work.

Are you on local time or UTC?
Also, what is the time in your computer bios?

Exit X. Then from the command line, as root, run the timeconfig tool.

After running the tool, run the date command to check the correct time and date.

If you are running KDE, then before starting X/KDE, delete any ~/.kde/share/config/clock_panelapplet_*rc files.
