I would like to send an email from my server when there are many server log files which I want to keep an eye on.After searching on the web,It comes up with a program called ssmtp which I can use to send email via gmail, so I don't have to install an smtpd like sendmail or postfix to do such an easy task.
However,I couldn't find the program in slackware or slackbuild. How do you guys get this program then?
Please drop me a line if you use this program called "ssmtp".
tls_trust_file [file]
This command activates strict server certificate verification.
The filename must be the absolute path name of a file in PEM format containing one or more certificates of trusted Certification Authori-
ties (CAs).
On Debian based systems, you can install the ca-certificates package and use the file /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
this file, part of the ca-certificates package, is also on slackware in the default installation.
