i have samsung ML-1430 printer on my slack

xp in the same network wants to use this printer..
i have almost no idea what' i'm doing
i just want to make it work =(

where's driver for my printer?
is the ppd file a driver?
whole PATH things are confusing ..
does he need to install windows printer driver on his machine?
yesterday, his comp could see my machine but now nothing works ..
