Slackware on LVM

I install Slackware 13.1 on LVM using instructions from README_LVM. There is one /boot partition and all remaining space is LVM with all other partitions (/, /home, swap) on it.

All works fine, but when I shutdown computer I have in console some output
Code:
File based locking initialization failed
Can't deactivate volume group "myslack" with 1 open volume
I think this is because my / is on LVM and at shutdown time some files (logs?) are open. I'm right? Is it safe to ignore this or maybe I should tune some config files?

/ is remounted read-only in the final stages of shutdown/reboot, so vgchange cannot deactivate the volume group. You can't tune config files and make it go away but you can safely ignore it.
