I have also a computer with AMD C60 and from my experience, this dual core is a bit superior compared with an Atom single core, but inferior to a dual core one.

However it has the advantage of a much better video "card" than these Atoms.

But I do not think there is much room to optimize a computer driven by C60. It is just so slow, that will "die" when opening several tabs in a web browser.
