No, I run it as root. I wanted to post the entire output but I didn't had the time for that, which I have now.
Build of telepathy-qt without the patch I sent lead to the error encountered by glupa4e :
Code:
$ ./telepathy-qt.SlackBuild
telepathy-qt-0.9.6.1/
telepathy-qt-0.9.6.1/doc/
....
[ 11%] Building CXX object TelepathyQt/CMakeFiles/telepathy-qt4-service.dir/base-connection.cpp.o
[ 11%] Building CXX object TelepathyQt/CMakeFiles/telepathy-qt4-service.dir/base-channel.cpp.o

compilation terminated.

make[1]: *** [TelepathyQt/CMakeFiles/telepathy-qt4-service.dir/all] Error 2
Makefile:138: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2
telepathy-qt builds fine with the patches I sent :
Code:
$ ./telepathy-qt.SlackBuild
telepathy-qt-0.9.6.1/
telepathy-qt-0.9.6.1/doc/
....
usr/doc/telepathy-qt-0.9.6.1/COPYING
install/
install/doinst.sh
install/slack-desc
Slackware package /tmp/telepathy-qt-0.9.6.1-x86_64-1_SBo.tgz created.
Anyway, it's strange that some can build telepathy-qt without the patches, while others not. Note that I built it on a Slackware64 14.2
without multilib.

That is a very nice format -- very clean and easy to follow.

You need to use the tag [attach]<attachement-number>[/attach] for that.
