Slackware 10.1 fstab + 2 disc drives

I have a dvd drive and a cd burner drive. I cant mount a cd in either drive as root or reg user. My /etc/fstab shows:

/dev/hda3 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/hda1 / reiserfs defaults 1 1
/dev/hda2 /home reiserfs defaults 1 2
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,user,ro,unhide 0 0
/dev/cdwriter /mnt/cdwriter iso9660 noauto,user,ro,unhide 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0

I have tried make /dev/cdrom as /dev/dvd and the mount point as /mnt/dvdrom. I have also tried using the /mnt/cdwriter also. Also, my cdwriter works just fine using various burners but only as root.. Should I still add hdc=ide-scsi? Also, under /mnt, there is only cdrom, floppy, and hd. I also notice whenever I mount the cdrom, it mounts the dvd drive only. But I have to use the cdburner drive when using grip. Thanx

I did noticed during my Slack boot that it lists:

hdc: SAMSUNG DVD-ROM SD-616T, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive
hdd: HL-DT-ST GCE-8481B, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive

But I still recieve the error:

Code:
bash-3.00# ls -al /dev/cdrom
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 8 2005-04-23 13:32 /dev/cdrom -> /dev/hdc
bash-3.00# ls -al /dev/cdwriter
ls: /dev/cdwriter: No such file or directory
Thanx

Change in fstab /dev/cdwriter (which doesn't exist) to /dev/hdd and iso9660 to iso9660,udf

I ran:

ln -s /dev/hdd /dev/cdwriter. Now I can mount both drives as regular user.

/dev/hda3 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/hda1 / reiserfs defaults 1 1
/dev/hda2 /home reiserfs defaults 1 2
/dev/cdro /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,user,ro 0 0
/dev/cdwrite /mnt/cdwriter iso9660,udf noauto,user,ro 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0

Sorry, but I read wrong, you should add udf to /mnt/cdrom which is you DVD reader because udf is a filesystem usually used by them.
