slackbuild error how do I fix it


here is the error
seamonkey.SlackBuild: line 54: cd: comm-central: No such file or directory

SO what do I do now ?
should I just delete line 54 ?
I desperately need to update sea monkey

I take it you don't understand what those commands actually do?

From which version of Slackware did you get that SlackBuild as the -current version has a rm -rf command on line 54

Also in the -current version line 26 has a variable that is set that contains the directory name that is used later for that cd command it can even be passed to the script as an option. (COMM=release ./seamonkey.SlackBuild) (nb release is the correct directory for seamonkey 2.5)

just do

slackpkg update
and
Code:
slackpkg upgrade-all
as root. The most recent version of Seamonkey was already added to the package list (for 13.37 anyway, I imagine -current as well). These two commands will let you install it and other package updates you need.
