Slack 11 Cdrom boot issue

Hey there

I have just downloaded slack 11 to install on my laptop. When i try to boot from disc 1 it gives a message like, CDrom boot: No emulation boot and nothing happens but a restart. The cdrom is bootable on my desktop pc with no problems at all. I have slack 10.2 on the laptop atm which i installed from DL'ed isos as well so...

Anybody heard or tried something like this and have some info to share?

I reinstalled slackware 10.2 about 6 days ago after a while of not using the laptop so it should work fine, but will check when I'm home from work ;-)

if the old 10.2 works, then just upgrade it against the new cd-s.
the howto is on the 1st cd ;-)
I did upgrate couple of times against a nfs export and a local partition, and all did well...
