You only need the first one for your installation, unless you want
either Gnome of KDE. Gnome is not in Slackware -current, and will
not be included in future Slackware releases. You can read the Slackware -current ChangeLog for that information.

Actually, the first CD is the only one you really need. If you're going to be using KDE, or GNOME, then you'll also need the 2nd CD. I use XFce, so i only need the first one.
The 3rd and 4th CDs are just the sources.. you don't need them at all, so don't bother downloading/burning them.
