Should I run cgmanager on desktop?

After latest upgrade I've got something like this in syslog.

Quote:
19/11/2015 10:58:00 console-kit-daemon[654] WARNING: Failed to open connection to cgmanager. Is the cgmanager daemon running?
Everything works flawlessly but.....is cgroup managing required in Slackware current from now.

Its just a "WARNING: ..." and since everything works flawlessly, I wouldn't worry about it unless you intend to later do some sort of work that needs it e.g. I have it running for some work that I do with containers.
