SGI Box


Hello All;

i have a quick question....i am now working at SGI in manhattan, and i have a ton of SGI's windows boxes from back in the day...i am pretty sure they are intel 32 bit based machines, anyway, has anyone ever worked with any of these machines or attempted to install slack on one?? i am going to try it, although it doesn ook too hopeful, the bios that runs these things is kida off the wall...if anyone has any info on this topic it would be much appreciated!! thanx!

If you can boot from the cd-rom you should have know problem. If not you need to make the install disks. This is covered in the online manual on the slack site.
