Quick automount question.

I have a vfat partition with movies and stuff on it. It automounts with this line from fstab

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/Space vfat auto,users,uid=1000 0 0

(im not at that linux box so the syntax for the above might be wrong)

No it automounts fine,,,yet only root can read to it...yet the 'user's makes it so my normal account and unmount it. and since that normal account has the uid of 1000 I just unmount it
and remount it
and its fine

How do I fix it so it automounts for that user?
Thanks.

This my entry which mounts fine for all users.

Code:
/dev/hdb7 /fat-e vfat auto,umask=000 1 0
Good Luck
