In the future can you please share build logs with a US locale? Its easier for other people to read.

Here are some things you can try.

1. Does rebuilding fltk with Pat's build help?
2. If no, does building fltk-1.3.3 with Pat's script help?
3. If yes, report this upstream that the projects do not work with newer fltk.

I build fltk-1.3.5 , using slackbuild from SBo , and projects builds perfectly.

I only change version number in SBo slackbuilds , and works all.

fltk from slakware not works.

I suspect , the patch to not use fltk.a miss something lib to link... the patch is need cause slackbuild remove fltk.a , and projects want this file , slackbuild from SBo , no remove this fltk.a , and all works.

rebuilds, from slackware slackbuild kits , do nothing...only SBo works. 1.3.3 or 1.3.5 works all.

So rebuilding it with Pat's script does not help, but SBo script is not affected?

There appears to be various differences between the two scripts, you could try making the scripts more similar little by little until you find the difference.

I know the differences , not apply the config patch , and no remove fltk.a.
