Problem with firebird start

I've download FirebirdSS-
and run: "sudo ./"
I've errors :

"Starting Firebird server: /bin/bash: /bin/bash: cannot execute binary file

Fixing firebird's shell to /bin/sh

Starting Firebird server: /bin/bash: /bin/bash: cannot execute binary file

Please enter new password for SYSDBA user:
Warning - maximum 8 significant bytes of password used
Unable to complete network request to host "localhost".
Failed to establish a connection.
Connection refused
unable to open database

Ican't create password

Please help me...

The file "FirebirdSS-" is a 32-bit binary. Are you perhaps running 64-bit Slackware? That won't work.
