What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to get online via Bluetooth, or are you just chasing down errors in the boot messages?
As a rule, unless it directly effects your use of the machine, you can just ignore errors or warnings in the boot messages. Many of the things the system tries to start up might not apply to you or your hardware configuration, and it isn't uncommon to see various errors or failures as everything gets up to speed.

well i want to correct it, because i can't connect into any bluetooth device,,
i use ubuntu before, and works fine
What protocols are you trying to connect to on the Bluetooth devices, and what software are you using? Blueman?
You only need TCP/IP over BT if you want to try and share an Internet connection over it. Otherwise, for things like file transfers or audio, you would use those specific protocols/services.
