patch: sysklogd 2.3.0 truncates messages when writing to a tty

I patched troglobit sysklogd 2.3.0 to solve a problem on Slackware 15.0 when writing syslog messages to a tty. Before the patch, the hostname plus some or all of the message body is deleted. The patch can be reviewed here: https://github.com/troglobit/sysklogd/pull/50/files
