No Internet, eth0 show an ipv6 address

Hello.

I am surfing the web when the electricity shutdown my router and other things except one laptop and my PC with UPS.

Then I wait for the electricity come, but when I reboot my PC and do not have Internet, buy the other laptop with winxp does have.

I am trying to reestablish the Internet in may Slackware 12 via /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 but does not work,

Code:
root@blackframe:/etc/rc.d# ./rc.inet1
Polling for DHCP server on interface eth0:
dhcpcd: MAC address = 00:17:31:bb:44:3c
and when rc.inet1 is executing I run ifconfig and show that the eth0 have a ipv6.

Code:
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:17:31:BB:44:3C
          inet6 addr: fe80::217:31ff:febb:443c/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST NOTRAILERS RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:510 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:103 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:30783 (30.0 KiB)  TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
          Interrupt:20 Base address:0xe000

lo        Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1  Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING  MTU:16436  Metric:1
          RX packets:36 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:36 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:2056 (2.0 KiB)  TX bytes:2056 (2.0 KiB)
/etc/rc.inet1.conf
Code:
.

.
# Config information for eth0:
IPADDR[0]=""
NETMASK[0]=""
USE_DHCP[0]="yes"
DHCP_HOSTNAME[0]=""
.

.
/etc/resolv.conf
Code:
search gateway.2wire.net

Thank you.

I has been awhile since I've run Slack, but I think the netconfig command might be helpful.

You can find more information here.
