New install rEFInd, multiple entries

Morning folks

SO new install of 14.2 and recently updated.

I usually use ELILO and never had a problem but I was reading somewhere about rEFInd, so I looked up the documentation at https://docs.slackware.com/howtos:sl...d_on_slackware which worked a treat.

I downloaded rEFInd from slackbuilds, and went through the process of installing.
After I installed i navigated to and ran /usr/share/refind**/refind-install.sh

I assume this had put in default entries.

I proceeded to edit /boot/efi/EFI/refind/refind.conf

I commented out the entries relating to Ubuntu,Arch os as they were examples
The only other bit i edited before the menu entries was the resolution, the rest is default.

My rEFInd menu entries look like, the reason why ELILO entry is their as I didnt want to break anything and needed a working system, this I will remove soon.

Code:
menuentry "Slackware 14.2 via ELILO"{
icon EFI/refind/icons/os_slackware.png
loader EFI/Slackware/elilo.efi
}

menuentry "Slackware 14.2 via rEFInd"{
icon EFI/refind/icons/os_slackware.png
volume d3d8008a-33ec-4f9a-8c2a-f210547f95d1
loader /EFI/Slackware/vmlinuz-generic-4.4.172
initrd EFI/Slackware/initrd.gz
}
When I restarted the computer, rEFInd worked a treat, I can select and both work the entries above... But their is also 2 other entries, for which I think were created when i ran the install script. These entries are not listed in refind.conf so I am unable to remove them. The entries are almost identical to the 2 I made above, I am unsure where else to look for these entries, any help appreciated. Cheers

Code:
ls /boot/efi/EFI/
Slackware/  refind/  tools/
Code:
/boot# ls /boot/efi/EFI/Slackware/
elilo.conf*  elilo.conf~*  elilo.efi*  initrd.gz*  vmlinuz-generic-4.4.172*
Code:
/boot# ls /boot/efi/EFI/refind/
BOOT.CSV*  drivers_x64/  icons/  keys/  refind.conf*  refind.conf~*  refind_x64.efi*
