named[$PID]: general: error: managed-keys-zone: dns_journal_compact failed: no more

If anyone is seeing the Subject matter error on the DNS servers a quick work around is to
remove the file

managed-keys.bind.jnl

and restart

/etc/rc.d/rc.bind restart

the previous version of the journal format was V1 , Is now V2 , In the last update of bind .
