moving taskbar icons [KDE]

Kicker crashed and screwed up all my taskbar postions and I cant seem to move them anymore, or at least get that dash thing beside of all the docks, (where you would use to move them or configure them)

And is there any way on how to reset them to there default postion?

Edit: Found it.
