make xconfig error

I get this error when trying to use make xconfig on the 2.6.15.1 source:

On your Slackware 10.2 CD, find the file qt-3.3.4-i486-2.tgz and install it with installpkg. Or, try running `make gconfig` or `make menuconfig`.
