I had a problem with them a few years ago. I bought it and began to install things in it and soon noticed that I couldn't send email. All tests made me think it was supposed to work so I contacted their support and asked if they were blocking any ports. The answer was YES. They told me I had to submit a request for permission to use email ports with detailed information on why and how I intended to run a mail server. In other words, I had to beg for it like a teenager begging for the car keys. I felt like telling them to go $#%#@*~$&!!! but just cancelled my account and never looked back. No other provider ever treated me like that.
