loading a kernel

I need to load a kernel which is in the /dev/sda1 partition of my HD, but i need to do this from the slackware instalation cd (bootable cd) because my MBR was erased, and i need to install lilo again.

The bootable cd offers the option to load de default hugesmp.s kernel just typing its name. I know that the kernel i would like to load is stored in /boot/vmlinuz and its partition is /dev/sda1

How is the right way to load the kernel ? i.e. what is the right command line ?

Rather than try to load the kernel, you should just use the Slackware cd to reinstall lilo. If it was just MBR that got "erased" and your actual installed operating system is fine, simply reinstall lilo (with proper configuration) and you're fine.

i`ve already tried it, but when I boot with the installation cd tis doens`t recognize the command "lilo".

After you boot from the installation cd, you can mount the partition(s) of your on-harddisk Linux installation to some directory(/directories), enter a chroot environment and work your way onwards from there. Or if you feel you can't get forward using the Slackware cd, and are fine with using grub rather than lilo (personally I find grub easier to use), you can also use the Super Grub Disk to fix your bootloader problems - though you'd need to download and burn it on some working computer first.

I may be missing the point here, but when you boot from CD 1, it tells you how to boot your installation (obviously the alternative is what b0uncer suggested).
