I don't know what happened by it seems I got past that issue now it is working for reasons unknown. .. the creations works on 16GB sd card, but booting it it gets skipped over on bios boot, just finished a 64GB build rebooting right now to see what it does. on this hp 8460p
same,

the grub flashes like it is going to start then skips it into the hdd grub on sda.
I think it has to be uefi .. me go try that next.
nope. I'm going to go break out my other laptop.
