Lilo and USB keyboard

Hi guys

I've been having problems with my old PS2 keyboard recently and I would like to replace it with a USB keyboard that I have lying around unused, I disconnected the old keyboard and I connected the USB keyboard and turned my computer on to find that anything I type doesn't appear on the Lilo prompt.

The USB keyboard does work after Lilo has finished its countdown and boots up Linux, anyone here know how I can get it to work with Lilo?

Any help will be appreciated.

If your BIOS can provide USB support for an USB keyboard, it is fine but otherwise you're out of luck.

I just checked in the BIOS settings now and found that USB legacy keyboard support was disabled so I enabled it and woila! My keyboard now works, thanks for your help.
