libboost missing python 3.11 library on -current

Hi, I've tried to compile libtorrent-rasterbar and noticed that it fails due to missing compatible libboost-python library. Checking the -current upgrade I noticed that libboost 1.84.0 includes only the python 3.9 version:

/usr/lib64/libboost_python39.so.1.84.0

Yep, I'm in a holding pattern until boost is rebuilt.
