Angry libavfs.so.0


Newbie to slackware. It's a battle so far.

Looking for libavfs.so.0 file. I can't seem to find a slack package for it. I googled and that was no help either. Found a avfs-0.9.7 source but compiling that yeilded nothing. So I give up: I want to get an already compiled libavfs.so.0 file for x86.

I'll warn you that it may not work if your kernel version is different. It's easy to compile though. Sources and build script are here:

Oooof ... that looks I'd break something if I tried it. Eventually I ended up finding a way to do without that library. Thanks for the info!
