JBoss 7 do not start from eclipse

Hi, I installed JBoss 7 from slackbuilds.
If I startit from the rc.jboss-as with root it works fine.

But from the eclipse IDE gives this error:
Quote:

I understand that this is a permission problem,
So I change the /usr/share/jboss-as/ to the group and user jboss and add the group jboss to my user.

I can create and execute files inside JBoss folder bu still inside eclipse I can not launch the application server.

in my experience is better to use a local installation of the JBoss to use with eclipse or netbeans and use the slackbuilds version of the server JBoss only as production server to deploy applications.
