iptables question

I want to disable one of the computers from my network to access the internet.

iptables -A FORWARD -m mac --mac-source 00:0A:E6:37:5B:24 -j DROP

do you think that it's enough, if we assume that the MAC address will not be changed

He may use another computer of the network as gateway
to connect to internet, depending on the user experience
