When i got a router last year i couldnt connect to internet straight away either, but i found a script on slackawre 'adsl-setup' or similar, punched in my info rebooted and the internet worked so i never thought any more about it (im pretty sure it was not the 'pppoe' script), but i looked for the script and couldnt find it?
last week i used swaret and updated from 10.1 to 10.2, no problems apart from some permissions defaulted back but could this be casue of the missing adsl script?
thanks for any help
