Installing multilib on up to date current to play quake 4 :)

Having a fit of nostalgia and i would like to get quake4 running on my slackware 64 bit current system.
The instructions for installing multilibs for current here : http://www.slackware.com/~alien/multilib/

Seem up to date so im using that as my guide. Any problems with the upgrade or running quake 4 that i might run into?

Anyone running Quake4 on 64 bit current?

You are welcome to the nostalgia of quake 4.

I usually use the massconvert.sh to update the multilib stuff - it seems the way to go. Just beware of invoking wildcards on the /var/log/packages dir as the wildcards distinguish poorly between <foo-version> and <foocompat32-version>. If you update with wildcards, move the compat32 packages in var/log/packages to a compat32 subdir before you run the 64 bit update.

Thanks. I downloaded the packages using "lftp -c 'open http://slackware.com/~alien/multilib/ ; mirror -c -e current' and that created a sub dir with all the slackware64-compat32 packages and i just installed them from there.
Everything is working great.

Thank you Mr. Hameleers
