Increase screen size under VMWARE Player : Slackware 14.1

All

I just completed installing Slackware 14.1 as guest under VMWARE.
I have installed VMWARE tools (whew!). I haven't installed XFCE or KDE. I STARTX from CLI into FLUXBOX.

My problem is that I am not able to get a full screen video.
Please help.

You need to install VMWare Tools for that

When you say "full screen video" are you referring to VMware Workstation's "Enter Full Screen Mode" option or screen resolution in general? I haven't used Fluxbox, but with WindowMaker, I used xrandr to set the screen resolution in my Slackware VM.
