I want to disable the change password feature users have in KDE

I run a subnet of 30 slack laptops for my students. One of the kids discovered the ability to change his password in KDE and promptly locked himself out of being able to print or access his user space on the class http server. Short of #slackpkg remove kde -which wouldn't break my heart as it runs slowly on these old laptops- which program can I disable/remove within KDE itself?
