I cant my kernel or anything like netork to work help?

Hi, Anyone please help me im lost, Everytime i install another kenel module i always get failure in driver areas help? Im totally lost!

Also i have no sound please help me on that im new to this slack so please help!

Again also my network dosent work and i cant get on the net even thou it installs the network card please help me!

need more info sorry!

sound card:
go to /etc/rc.d/rc.modules if you see your card listed, remove the # before it!
this will also work for your network card

also, once the module for your network card is running, try running "pkgtool" as root and run the network setup again.

read /var/log/messages for more info on the modules which are failing

dude, have you recently upgraded your kernel? maybe you did the config wrong and dident activate the nessesary shit. i did the same mistake first time
