HOW TO: useragent switch, & get the slackware icon for this forum

I was just wondering how to get the slackware icon in place of the tux icon for this forum. I have read the post on it for Firefox 11 and slackware http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...x-11-a-935679/, but that didn't work. So I want to figure it out and post it here so everyone can use it

So far i tried adding this in about:config for firefox 14.0.1, in general.useragent.override:
Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Slackware Linux
I know this is probably wrong but I wanted to make the slackware icon show, which this didn't

EDIT: BUMP this did work, i guess you just have to make a new post, reloading doesnt work.

YES!!!
Finally my OS indicator works.

For CentOS users:
Add new key in Firefox:

Quote:
general.useragent.override
With this content:
Quote:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 CentOS Linux
Laz

If you are using Firefox, an easy way to do this is to use UAControl :: Add-ons for Firefox.

This is my string: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1 Slackware

I have UAControl set to just change the User Agent for this site only. Just for kicks tried Slackware as the UA for this post, does not work.
