how to install idesk on fluxbox


how to install and use idesk on current fluxbox. the instructions on the site were unclear. could anyone give me any help with this? thank you.

Fluxbox is irrelevant to this, as it is only a window manager.

As you are using Slackware, your best bet is to install the Slackbuild. Usually, Slackbuilds for the latest release version will work on --Current; very rarely, they do not.

See the Slackbuilds HOWTO for information about hot to install a Slackbuild.

i installed it using sbopkg which i think uses slackbuilds but i couldnt figure out how to add anything to the desktop. i also could not add the tor browser app from my file manager

You should use the 'startup'-file in the .fluxbox directory to use idesk.
