Errors installing Slackware 8.1


I just downloaded Slackware 8.1 and I'm upgrading my Openbsd server 3.1 to it
System: K6-2 400, 64 MB pc 133 RAM, 4.3 GB hdd
WHen i boot from the cd, it loads fine, detects all my stuff then it just stops working after
RAMDISK: compressed image found at block 0
invalid compressed format (err=2)Freeing initrd memory 2286k freed
VFS: mounted root (ext2 filesystem).
Freeing unused kernel memory: 228K freed
Ext2-fs error (device ramdisk(1,0)): ext2_check_page: bad entry in directory #411: rec_len is smaller than minimal - offset=0, inode=0, rec_len=0, name_len=0
Ext2-fs error (device ramdisk(1,0)): ext2_check_page: bad entry in directory #340: rec_len is smaller than minimal - offset=1024, inode=0, rec_len=0, name_len=0
Kernel panic No init found. Try passing init = option to kernel

Help anyone?

The iso image available requires 700 mbyte CDR. The reports sounds like a corrupted CD, downloaded image, or bad burn. But even if all is well, if you used 650 MByte CDR, the image will not fit and it will display many different problems.

I used Memorx 700 mb cd
doesnt matter now, the system is dead. Hdd started smoking on me!!
No server anymore
