Dropline Problem


okay, so i think i screwed up (again).

i installed dropline (full install, everything downloaded, etc) and now i cannot get into gnome or xfce. i get a cursor and then freezes up. any ideas?

Check out the Dropline forum http://dropline.net/forums . Did you delete /tmp after installing? I think some people also had trouble with /tmp permissions getting changed. That you'll have to look up. If it's the first, as root, this will fix it:

Code:
cd /tmp
rm -r *
rm -r .*
reboot
If it's the first, you'll have to search the Dropline forum. As I recall, it has something to do with the sticky bit, but I never had that problem so I don't really recall.
