/dev/dvd in /etc/fstab

I just installed Slackware 10.1. I downloaded and compiled from scratch the last Linux 2.6.10 from the Linux Headquarters on an AMD 64 SATA machine.
Everything is working fine!
Except that DVD player/recorder.
I have one DVD ATAPI unit and one CDROM ATAPI unit.
Linux installs automatically the CDROM as /dev/hdb and puts it in the /etc/fstab.
It links /dev/hdb to /mnt/cdrom
The DVD shows in the /dev listing as /edev/dvd.
But it is not linked to /mnt/cdrom and doesn't show in /etc/fstab neither.
If I want to use it I have to unlink and relink manually.
How can I correct this and have both /mnt/cdrom and /mnt/dvd showing in the /etc/fstab file at the same time?

Hi
just make a new directory in /mnt/
ex: /mnt/dvd
remember to chmod 777 afterwards
and then put the following line in /etc/fstab

/dev/dvd /mnt/dvd auto noauto, users,ro 0 0

This should solve your problem... hope it helps
