Exclamation Current updates (ruby?) from Jun 27 broke torrent clients

KTorrent and qBittorrent it's not working after updates from June 27 in current-64. KTorrent was opened after a few tries.

I suspect there is a bug in last ruby package current upgraded: d/ruby-1.9.3_p448-i486-1.txz

Code:
bash-4.2$ ktorrent
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
ktorrent is already running !
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
bash-4.2$ qbittorrent
qbittorrent: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.49.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ktorrent is working here, it throws a couple of warning but it works.
Your ktorrent is not starting because there is another one running, try to kill it and if it doesn't work delete the lockfile.
about qbittorrent it's not an official slackware package if you used sbo try to rebuild it.

The qbittorrent error is pretty self-explanatory: "qbittorrent: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.49.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
My qbittorrent package is built on Slackware 14.0 but slackware-current has a newer (incompatible) boost package. You will have to recompile qbittorrent on slackware-current.

Celyr, you are right!

after closed ktorrent, I still have a ktorrent process and I have to kill it:
Code:
bash-4.2$ ps auxxx |grep ktorrent
sardinha 5052 1.1 1.1 895496 44160 pts/1 Sl 11:55 0:05 ktorrent
sardinha 5085 0.0 0.0 7112 964 pts/1 R+ 12:03 0:00 grep ktorrent
bash-4.2$ killall ktorrent
Eric, Thank you for appoint the cause of the error in qBittorrent. I will recompile qbittorrent package in current.

I don't know wich window manager you use but in XFCE when you close ktorrent it goes to the system try, you can relly close ktorrent via the menu option or by right clicking it on the system tray.
I guess you can also change this behavior in the preferences.
